Inspect and audit work such as Confined Space Entry, Working @ Heights, Lifting, excavation, electrical works, Isolations, Leak testing, welding and cutting, transport and logistics, works that involves the use of chemicals, hot works, and high risk works to verify compliance with HSES Manual and applicable regulations, legislations and laws. • Participate and lead the Emergency Preparedness and Response exercise/drill in all possible emergency scenarios conducted in regular scheduled intervals or unannounced drills, and Table top exercise/drills. • Provide HSE support in SIMOPS to comply with SIMOPS procedures and safe work systems are complied with. • Conduct HSES accident and incident investigation and ensures that lessons learned is communicated and appropriate preventive and corrective measures is implemented to prevent recurrence. Ensures that proper reporting is adhered, being observed and all data related to it are kept for study of accident prevention program. • Ensures that the Team daily site/field inspection is continuously conducted and on its HSES strategic routes and objectives. Ensures that TRA/JHA is followed to avoid accidents/incidents. • Identify near-misses situations/occurrence and ensures that proper reporting of all near misses to study and implement protective or control measures to avoid it from leading to accident/incident or injury. • Continuously coordinates and communicates to all employees, Departments, VVC-Visitor’s Vendor’s and Contractor the importance of behavioral based safety and its impact to the entire community as a whole. Participate regularly in the safety meeting with the VVC and management team, and Safety committee and discuss HSES programs and concerns. • Implement the program on Drugs and Alcohol abuse and ensures that employees and VVC are complying into it.
