Head of Well Workover and Servicing Department
● Managed the Customer’s Supervising Service for Well Control, Workover, Servicing and Coiled Tubing. ● Supervised operation and daily performance of 26 workover rigs by setting performance rates on a day-to-day basis. ● Followed a set of tender procedures to select a contractor. ● Supervised the contractors’ operations for well control, workover, servicing and coiled tubing (7 rigs). ● Supervised the Supervising Service, workover and servicing rigs on a day-to-day basis. ● Approved and supervised operations as per the work schedules and operational procedures. ● Assessed quality of on-site check-ups. ● Ensured the job was carried out according to the approved company standard performance, fines imposed and quality requirements. ● Approved daily and monthly reports. =============== Key Achievements: ● Thanks to competent control and strengthening of possible weaknesses with the same number of teams and the same cost of the contract for 2018 (in relation to 2017), it was possible to achieve: ⮚ an increase in the rigs’ production by 10.2% (repair/ rig for the reporting period) ⮚ over fulfillment of the plan for completed repairs by 7.9% ⮚ reduction of the average repair time for capital well workover by 21%, and for current workover by 10.8% ⮚ reduction of rig downtime by 5.6%. ● As part of organizational changes in the company I developed the “Regulations for the Well Maintenance and Workover Department” (including job descriptions and a system of rationing and reporting), which allowed us to increase the unit efficiency in 2018 by optimizing the functionality of employees, while reducing the number of staff from 6 to 3. ● Initiated changes in the field supervisor service work (conducting more frequent and high-quality inspections of the company’s rigs and contractors), which made it possible to improve the quality of reporting for the main Well Workover and Servicing Department (discipline, technology, equipment). As a result of the measures developed there was a decrease of 18% in penalties against the contractor. ● Took responsibility for monitoring the execution of all major contracts in terms of company costs (coil tubing and anti-gushing facility maintenance). Developed a work acceptance system (together with accounting and economists). ● Conducted investigations of incidents related to the work of coil tubing and workover contractors, and repeatedly substantiated the poor-quality performance of work under the contract, reducing the company’s financial risks. ● Personally supervised the performance of particularly important work, incl. emergency cases. Significantly reduced the time of their holding and the financial risks of the company. ● Based on the results of inspections I created an information base and conducted an analysis of technological violations and violations of labor protection. I initiated measures to prevent repeated violations: the performance indicators of the rigs increased, the number of incidents decreased. The work of our own rigs and the rigs of the contractor was synchronized. ● Initiated additional monthly working meetings to analyze poor-quality work performance due to violation of technological discipline. As a result, I achieved a 62% reduction in the number of recognized cases.
