Responsible for overseeing all aviation activities within the project, maximizing aircraft utilization efficiency whilst delivering compliance with EP16 Directive (Aeronautical Policy of the Exploration and Production branch) and associated Company Rules of the aviation activity within the affiliate. Prime activity is to manage the overall aviation activity within affiliate scope, including all aviation assets, aviation personnel, helipads and airstrips. Assessing the aviation organization in the affiliate and proposing improvements. Performing maintenance records and statistics to ensure accurate reporting and KPI as these records being used for cost allocation and invoice checking. Reviewing and commenting the affiliate aviation business strategy. Developing and updating affiliate’s aviation procedures and ensuring they are well understood and applied. Supporting and coordinating Total HQ reviews and audits (annual, ad-hoc). Ensuring that major findings are properly identified and corrected within the given timeframe. Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly aviation activity reports (leading indicators, KPI’s, usage) and any other ad-hoc reports when requested by the management. Aviation Expertise: Maintaining accurate and satisfactory accounting, audit and administration trail. Monitoring the achievement of agreed objectives and corrective actions defined into contractor audit plan.

Duties and responsibilities: Supervising a project providing logistical support of United Nations Mission in Darfur with a Lear Jet 60 for VIP / Medevac / Casevac transportation. Maintaining aviation operations files and records, and preparing reports, orders, and schedules pertaining to aviation operations and aviation safety. Maintaining flying regulations, pilots and flight crew's information files. Keeping files of extended flight and navigational information, such as weight and balance data, navigational publications, radio and landing facility charts, flight information manuals, maps, and other pertinent guides and notices. Compiling, preparing, and distributing correspondence, such as aviation operations reports, aviation safety reports, and flight schedules. Preparing crew rotation schedule in coordination with HQ Flight Operations. Assisting aviators in preparing flight plans, processing flight plans and arrival reports for transmission to flight and ATC centers. Dealing with national Civil Aviation Authorities with regards to crew certification, validation, continuing aircraft airworthiness and company’s approvals. Organizing of processing of relevant Security Passes for company’s Staff Members, organizing their travel within the country of operations. Preparing visa applications and obtaining necessary Entry, Residence visas and Work Permits. Running general daily business of FAI rent-a-jet AG Base in El Fasher, Sudan. Representing FAI rent-a-jet AG interests within United Nations Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) offices. Achievements: Successfully started and maintained a new project of FAI rent-a-jet AG within Sudan for provision of one Lear Jet 60 under contract with the United Nations Organization. Made all necessary preparations for positioning to UN Mission in Sudan. Obtained the following approvals from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Sudan: SCAA Release of Foreign Registered Aircraft to operate within Sudan, SCAA Individual Crew Permits to opearate within Sudan. Due to outstanding performance the charter agreement with United Nations was extended 3 times and after completion of the task in Sudan the airplane was relocated to Kuwait under new contract with United Nations. Successfully established a new Operations Base of FAI rent-a-jet AG at the Kuwait International Airport. Established direct professional contacts with the local Civil Aviation Authority, Airport Management and United Nations Office in Kuwait. Due to United Nations operational requirements moved the Operations Base of FAI rent-a-jet AG to Erbil, Iraq. Established a network of professional contacts ensuring smooth operation of FAI rent-a-jet AG at Erbil International Airport.

Dealing with national Civil Aviation Authorities with regards to crew certification, validation, continuing aircraft airworthiness and company’s approvals. Organizing of processing of relevant Security Passes for company’s STAFF, organizing their travel within the country of operations. Preparing visa applications and obtaining necessary Entry, Residence visas and Work Permits. Achievements: Successfully managed a fleet of up to 8 helicopters contracted to UN Mission in the Republic of the Sudan and 4 helicopters for various oil companies (GNPOC, E&P Petro-Energy). Made all necessary preparations for positioning / repositioning to / from UN Mission in Sudan. Made all necessary preparations for positioning / repositioning to / from Oil Companies Operations. Obtained the following approvals from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Sudan: Foreign Maintenance Organization Approval Certificate for Sudan operations, Seismic Helicopter Operations Approval, Approval to land on Mobile Platforms (Helipads). Prepared relevant documentation for several tenders for helicopter services in Sudan.

Организовал работу с нулевого уровня на оперативных точках в Кисангани и Люберо. Организация сборки 5-ти вертолетов Ми-8 МТВ в кратчайшие сроки и успешная их сдача для работы по контракту. С декабря 2004 г. по октябрь 2005 г. исполнял обязанности менеджера проекта в миссии ООН в Республике Судан (UNAMIS).
