Main achievements: developed an idea to business product, engaged experts — speakers of seminars (visa attorneys at law from New York and Berlin), organised offline spaces for seminars (Moscow and Saint-Petersburg), attracted online MassMedia partners, built partnership with blogger-celebrity A.Nosik, formed marketing plan, tested demand, found and formed goal audience of the product, defined conversion rate and customer's cost aquisition, constructed SMM groups (facebook, twitter, linkedin, instagram), received 11000 emails base and succeded with mailing in Mailchimp, found key working words/tags through SEO/SEM campaigns, got more than 10000 web sessions for 4-months period and first customers, formed good outstaffing team and consultants (speakers, developers, designers, PR, SMM, specialists of users aquisition). Not succeed: did not found additional investments for marketing promotion, product was not accepted by market. It is in proccess of reconstruction currently.
