At this role, I maintain and grew an existing large base of clients from investment property clients. All sales/advice were completed over the phone writing over $350,000 of Risk business per year.

I would Co-ordinate client activities and achieve all planned seminar activity as per targets, in addition, to successfully complete all dealer group signup paperwork in a timely manner.

Re-writing and upgrading existing life insurance policies, working with referral sources in addition to handling claims on behalf of clients.

I was assisting with the administration of new and existing client policies, a portfolio of claims and the construction of Risk SoA’s. I provided excellent customer service and developed a creative improvement to processes.

I had to demonstrate a good overall knowledge of compliance and follow set systems and procedures for putting on new authorised representatives as well as ensuring that all Professional Development (PD) Days are coordinated successfully through to completion and actively contribute to the running of the day to ensuring its success.
