CHIEF ACCOUNTANT:
Maintenance of all areas of accounting.
Functional duties:
- Development of the accounting policies of a group enterprise.
- Maintenance of accounting and tax accounting in 1: C 8.3 "Accounting" in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and regulations.
- Preparation and submission of reports to the Tax Inspectorate and Funds.
- Calculation of wages, vacation, sick leave, maternity leave.
-Returning overpayments to FSS benefits
-Control of the personnel of the organization.
- Accounting records management.
- Conducting banking operations.
- Compliance with currency legislation, passports of transactions, transfers
currency payments.
- Interaction with tax authorities and external auditors.
- Accounting assessment of contracts. - Experience of closing of the organization.
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant global, regional or local policies, procedures and guidelines
- Manage the statutory and tax accounting and audit processes and act as the single point of contact for
external auditors and/or tax and statutory authorities or consultants, with government inspections
- Formation of technical tasks for IT-manager.
- Preparation of annual and forecasted budgets (month), control over the execution of budgets, analysis of deviations.
- Drawing up the administrative reporting.
HR ADMINISTRATION:
- staff administration (hiring/dismissal, transfers, vacation schedule, sick leave, keeping labor books, labor notes for employees)
- payroll data: working time tracking (time sheets and business trips), absences (sick leave, vacation, other absence), additional payments (bonuses, presents, financial aid, etc.)
- staff list maintaining and internal reporting (monthly and upon request)
Used programs: "1C: Enterprise 8", "Bank-Client", Consultant, Garant, Microsoft Office, etc.
