The Project is anticipated to spend approximately A$35 billion through to 2020. The Project has a life of at least 30 years, and is made up of three main elements: • 1000 wells • High pressure 600km gas pipeline from the gas fields to LNG facility • Two train LNG plant. Sakhalin Energy is an operator of Sakhalin-2 offshore oil&gas project with average oil production of 100kboe/d and 200kboe/d of LNG. Company operates 3 offshore platforms, 1600 km of oil and gas pipelines, LNG plant and Oil Export Terminal in harsh arctic conditions. Our major shareholders are Shell and Gazprom. Responsible for: • Preparation and update of Drilling Capex and Opex annual Work Programme & Budget with annual spend ca. 350 million USD; • Addressing Shareholders’ and Russian Party’s questions about drilling budget parameters and details; • Development of spreadsheet tools for well cost estimates; • Development and maintenance of drilling cost norm database (1000+ line items); • Support/QA/QC of individual well drilling/well intervention AFEs (Authorization for Expenditure); • Commitments and budget control of drilling budgets in SAP; • Regular reporting of VOWD variances for approved budgets to Department and Corporate management, Shareholders and Russian Party; • Monthly accruals and update of Latest Estimate (LE) for current year; • Change control for contracts and schedules with resultant cost impact on department budget; • Maintenance of budget and SAP budget/cost codes/WBS structures, interfaces with Corporate and Finance department in terms of charge codes and indirect cost allocations; • Setup and managing of cost network/WBS structures in SAP, checking of service/material Purchase Requisitions for correct budget assignments; • As a SAP Super User I led several SAP implementation / Business Improvement projects within Company utilizing Lean approach (e.g. accurate bulk quantities on supply boats in SAP, drilling movables management in SAP, timely material Goods Issuing in SAP etc.); • Support of Contract&Procurement department in monitoring and commitment forecasting of both service and material supply contracts; • Documentation and systemization of cost estimating and cost control practices for SEIC Well Engineering; • Valuation and reporting of cost saving measures undertaken by Contract Holders; • Development a team of four drilling cost engineers and SAP Super Users.

Responsible for: 1 Technical support for permits and approvals for construction including drilling waste utilization. 2 Liaison with project design sub-contractor and document control. 3 Daily drilling and construction reporting and liaison with Clients. 4 Project schedule maintenance and developing of various schedule scenarios as per Client requests. 5 Logistics for Sakhalin drilling operations.
