Preparation on Technical assignment for a Strategic IS with usage of SAP/SEM-CPM-MC (Management Cockpit) and BSC (Balanced Score Card).

Preparation of Technical assignment and Conceptual design, Development and Implementation of Analytical and Planning IS for a wine distribution Holding in Krasnoyarsk (FMCG sector) with the usage of SAP/BW and BPS 3.5. Designing MC propotype on the planned and uploaded from R3 master and transactional data (modules: MM, SD, FI, CO).

Outside project proved by Contract: • Business Unit Planning Model (BUMP) development & implementation. The system is based upon MS Access XP/2000 and SQL Server 2000. The system consists of several 'first level' modules (Volume, Cost of Sales, Pricing, Deductions, Distribution costs, Consumer A&P, Trade Investment, Operation Expenses) and the recalculated analytical modules of Profit & Loss and Ratio analysis. There are about 70 reports, 30 input forms, 100 transactional and classification tables. Forecasting and Planning is done on the 13 period a year basis. The basic part of the project is finished by now.

Work Experience proved by Job record book: • Manager of the Corporate Information Warehouse Project for JSC LUKOIL. The System is based upon SAP/BW & SEM and is gathering data from more than 300 Company affiliates and subsidiaries and present in to users from different business and hierarchy levels. On different project stages there are from 5 to 10 employees reporting to me directly and about 15 indirect helpers from other projects connected to this one (Corporate classification system or Transactional systems delivering data). By now there are about 300 info-objects, 150 info-cubes, 60 transactional data sources, 100 master data sources developed. There are also about 150 reports developed according to decomposed to info-objects reports. Besides the project manager role I am also Responsible for the Data Warehouse architecture. Structuring of data from different business areas (Oil extraction, Drilling, Processing, Delivery, Oil field research, Accounting et cetera). The warehouse is supposed to include most of the data appropriate for the support of decision making process. Integration with other systems on SAP/BW, SEM and R3 (MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, HR modules). • Manager and Analytic of the Project dealing with an IS development for the Oil Product Delivery Companies. The IS deals with data collection from 10 Companies, integration with Transactional Information Systems and a Corporate Codification System. Besides Project Management I’m responsible for complex calculation algorithms and flexible reporting formalization. The IS is programmed by an internal LUKOIL-INFORM team with Oracle 9i and Business Objects. There are about 5-7 programmers reporting to me in this project. • Manager of the Project dealing with development and Implementation of the Model supporting the Price making process. Responsible for coordination of the project movement (tasks, timelines, budget) and satisfaction of the Client (JSC LUKOIL) by an external Company contractor. COMMENT on Transition: JSC LUKOIL decided to organize a Global IT Outsourcing Company on the base of LUKOIL-INFORM and moved the Information Technology department there.

Outside project proved by Contract: • Manager and Analytic of a Project dealing with Development of a Client-Server IS for Patient cards registration and analysis, Medicine hand over, Medical treatment et cetera. The Information System is developed with SQL Server 2000 as back end and MS Access XP as front end. The basic part of the Project is finished by now. • Manager of the Project dealing with network installation in a Medical Center. • Developer of a Medical Information System in MS Access XP.

Work Experience proved by Job record book: • Head of the development group in the Project dealing with development of the Analytical System for the Company top management. The System was developed on SAP/BW, SEM/BPS, and SEM/CPM. The System was supposed to gather data from more than 100 Company affiliates and subsidiaries and present in to the users in the Corporate Center. There were from 2 to 5 employees reporting to me. We developed about 100 info-objects, 50 info-cubes, 2 management cockpits (4 walls, 20 views, 40 frames), 70 internal and external reports. We successfully finished test usage during two months on 4 plans by 15 info-areas (Upstream, Sales, Production, Finance, Ecology et cetera). • Senior Analytic in the Project dialing with restructuring of the existing operational reporting data. Revision of more than 300 reports from different business areas. Definition of info-objects in reports in terms of SAP/BW. Development of a Base Key Figure catalog defining information which should be gathered from the Company affiliates and subsidiaries. Definition of a Key Performance Indicators on the base of the Base Key Figure catalog. • Developer of an Info-Objects Catalog.

Outside project proved by Contract: • Continues Planning Model (CPM) development for the Company Group office in Vienna. The System is now used in production on a single Server in Vienna. It gathers information from 30 countries reporting to Vienna office and has more than 100 users in 20 countries. The functionality greatly reminds BUMP described earlier in this document. It gathers information from 10 countries reporting to Bahrain office and has more than 30 users in 5 countries (Bahrain, Egypt, Lebanon, Pakistan, UAE). Work Experience proved by Job record book: • ABAP developer in SAP/R3 for different modules (MM, SD, FI). Development of new and correcting of standard data extractors from R3 to BW. There were about 50 reports, 5 transactions, 30 extractors for BW developed by me. I also broadened the accounts corresponding complex for the RAP (Russian Accounting Principles). • Developer of an analytical Investment module on MS Access.

Outside project proved by Contract: • Installation of the System on approx.15 plants in Russia, consolidating module in Moscow, organization of the approval process. • Addition of the Profit and Loss (calculated from bottom to top), Balance Sheet and Cash Flow modules to the integrated System. • Integration of the modules described below. Development of an integrated data module with unique classificatory, referential integrity et cetera. Development of a common Interface for all modules and cross functional reports. Development of data import from other Systems (SCALA and some others).
