Work in one of the largest internet-providers in the Russia, second line support. Support user with internet connection (L2TP, PPTP). Support of IPTV (network issue, load on network devices). I got good experience with network equipment, acquired knowledge about configuration network with different size. I learned how to communicate with different users.

Develop C++. We used framework Qt. Development front-end, create UI. Work with physical engine Box2D and Ogre3D for visualization our application. There is no achieves in development.
