Main Purpose of Job:

To implement brand strategies and brand plans based on a country specific retailer / shopper knowledge in order to meet financial objectives and grow brand equity.

Key Individual Accountabilities:

  • Leading of annual/quarterly TM promo activity calendar development as a part of annual/quarterly National Promo Plan based on growth drivers to achieve category/channel/region strategic targets.
  • Ensure of timely and efficient implementation of TM promo plans in accordance with set KPI for growth, margin and budget. Control of Trade Plan execution and results analysis. Initiate corrective actions based on channel trade promo execution results.
  • Define priorities for Trade investment at customer level depending on category/channels priorities growth target and aiming to maximize return on trade investment.
  • Fully accountable for execution of Trade marketing plan within authorized budget.
  • Identified development opportunity for category/channel/customer aiming to increase efficiency, sales growth, margin.
  • Provide and share trade marketing expertize across sales team of region/channel/customer to ensure great level of collaboration and engagement.

Key Shared Accountabilities:

  • Participation in trade promo procedure updates following category/ channel strategy development.
  • Development and achievement of regional/channel/customer sales plans and identifying additional sources of growth in region/channel/customer.
  • Leading of cross functional tailor-made projects in top clients.

Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience of marketing or trade marketing experience – sales experience an advantage.
  • Sufficient record of successful trade marketing activities developed and launched.
  • Strong communication skills.
