- Elaboration of the strategy of development of company’s products in the Internet (budget, KPI).
- Organization and control of all advertising campaigns of the company's brands in digital (participation in strategic and tactical media planning, control of the coordination of documents, timely payment, receipt of reporting documents).
- Control over the execution of KPI of campaigns (regular reports) and finance performance control.
- Monitoring the implementation of agreements with suppliers; providing of day-to-day communication.
- Monitoring the collection of new audiences for targeting in key business areas of Stada and its constant use in advertising campaigns.
- Planning Multiscreen (TV + Digital) placements.
- University degree, preferably advertising and PR (digital PR), marketing, digital marketing courses.
- Experience in performance marketing (2+ years).
- Experience in E-commerce
- Experience in monitoring the implementation of creating websites projects and developing mobile applications.
- Experience in conducting Social media projects including Social media listening (2+ years).
- Experience in work on SEO optimization (2+ years).
- Experience in work with Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica (2+ years).
- Technical Skills: Analytical and strategic thinking, highly efficient communication and presentation skills, process improvement/optimization mentality, evident cross-functional experience. Verbal and written literacy.
- Interest in Martech and Adtech innovations
- Fluent English.
