Key responsibilities:
  • Channels strategy development and implementation for assigned Distributors, Key National and Regional Accounts
  • Development of a trade plan with key customers and channels
  • Working closely with key customers, taking part in negotiation process. Maintain contacts with the Key Accounts in order to supervise all trade marketing activities
  • Motivational programs development for non-exclusive distributor sales team representatives
  • Leadership of TV/digital assets delivery according to procedures
  • Ad-hoc digital support plans delivery
  • Communication with creative, digital, media agencies and other third parties
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience, preferably FMCG industry. Possible experience – Trade Marketing, MS&P, Category development
  • Financial acumen for business (P&L composition, ROI)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Interest in and knowledge of marketing acquired through studies and/or prior work experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent/upper-intermediate in English.
