Presently working on Siebel CRM v8.1.1 and Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne v9.0 based implementations of ServiceMaster’s Home Warranty and other Homeshield / services Products in Project Genesis. Project also deals with complex Siebel Order processing and e2e fulfilments and sevices of the products to their customers. My current work unit deals with core Energy, telecommunication and services projects based on Siebel, ERP e2e implementations. I am responsible to leading and managing the team at offshore and overall defect tracking on Atlassian JIRA v6.0.8 defect tracking tool - I have also worked for PRD unit and been experienced in retail and loan servicing domain and contributed in underwriting, acquisition and servicing of loans, product provides collateral management/administration services and acts as a special servicer in securitization transactions

• SIEBEL ORDER MANAGEMENT AND BILLING OPERATIONS- • Create quotes and orders for new products and services • Create quotes and orders to modify existing products and services • Modify in-process orders that have been submitted for fulfilment • Generate order information for submission to back office billing and fulfilment systems • Integrating Order Management with Third-Party Applications like SADAD in GCC • Working with Asset-Based Ordering: used asset-based ordering, configured Siebel application to create an Asset record when an order is placed, also created quotes and orders based on these assets. • Solved the Data Integrity Billing issues such as high level complaints related to customer orders and billings. • Worked on Component-based Pricing &Product Bundles. Coupons Promotion and Attribute-Based Pricing and also Manual discounting activities. • PRONTO SUPPORT – Involved in Supporting Pronto Modules which includes Finance, distribution, sales and marketing. I was at Sydney for this role. We have set up PRONTO software by setting up new stores, performing A/R and A/P and P&L along with GL code set up. I was involved in support and maintenances activities (already ITIL certified for this role ) • REVIEWS- Reviews of project documents and other artefacts like FRS, test plan, test cases. • IDENTIFYING AND ASSESSING ISSUES STATUS TRACKING - Tracking the issues on a timely basis with the offshore coordinators and get them resolved. • ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS (RCA) - Perform RCA for frequently observed issues. For each issue identify processes and functional gaps. Address the same to org team for improvement plans. • CLIENT AND TEAM HANDLING – Demonstrated excellent client facing skills with daily face to face meeting and preparing agenda to offshore team.

•TEST PLANNING - Preparation of system test plan and update it on regular basis. Prepare the requirement traceability Matrix and update on a regular basis. •TEST ENVIRONMENT - Identify test environment and configuring required software for testing the application. Deploy the application with latest codebase •REVIEW of project documents and other artefacts like test plan, test cases. •ISSUES AND SCOPE TRACKING - Tracking the issues on a timely basis with the onsite coordinators and get them resolved. Maintaining a repository for change request and update the status in CR tracking sheet. •TESTING - To test the application as per the UNO compliance. Allocate test cases to team members and help them in executing the test cases. Review and maintain the test logs in repository. •TEAM HANDLING- Handled team of 4 resources. Guiding the team member and grooming the new members. Assign the task to team members. Reviewing the deliverables like Test Plan, Test cases, Requirement traceability, software release notes etc •ONSHORE OFFSHORE CONSULTING AND CUSTOMER HANDLING
