Day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to: • Analysis of requirements, creation of test cases and test scripts. • Active involvement with the software development, business analyst teams during the whole software development lifecycle. • Technical Documentation with the accent on process improvement. • Software deployments, resolution of any issues during deployments, liaison with the software development team. • Junior QA staff mentoring and training.

Day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to: • Participate in pre-sales stage of the projects to analyze the scope and provide cost estimates. • Analyze requirements define master test plans, test methodology, test tools and test strategy during the analysis phase. • Finalize the Acceptance Test Cases and obtain customer agreement during the design phase. • Perform Unit Testing, Function Testing during Integration phase. • Compile Test Reports, Defect reports and co-ordinate with global and local design units. • Perform Systems Verification Tests and customer acceptance tests during the handover phase. • Compile Final Acceptance Test Reports. • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders during all stages of the project life cycle. • Provide Customer Training & Test Support.
