Risk Assessment and Management Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across all company sites and operations. Identify potential hazards, evaluate risks, and implement effective control measures. Monitor and report on risk mitigation strategies and their effectiveness. Training and Education Design and deliver health and safety training programs for employees at all levels. Ensure all staff are adequately trained on safety procedures, emergency response, and hazard recognition. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with training requirements. Incident Investigation and Reporting Lead investigations into workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses. Determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Prepare detailed incident reports and present findings to senior management. Regulatory Compliance and Audits Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
