Contract role to establish International Aviation Transport Associaton (IATA) Airlines and Agents credit risk exposure report. · Created monthly credit risk exposure report that includes any defaulting debtors, aged debtor balances, and identifies potentially 'significant' agents and airlines · Analysed IATA rules and regulations for airlines and agents· Developed IATA default Airlines database · Identified issues and provided recommendations and solutions to reduce agents’ debtor balance. Substantial result was achieved. · Implemented detailed outstanding Agent Debit Memo’s analysis · Liase with internal departments, overseas offices and international organisation to obtain data and correct information to support management decisions.
